- Digital Services. Due to the nature of digital audio production, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced, except as described below.
- Cancellation Rights. You may cancel a project within 14 days of placing an order, provided no work has been performed. A full refund will be issued.
- Refund Eligibility. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the stage of completion.
- Non-Refundable Items. Custom mix or master files that have been completed and delivered are non-refundable, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

- Processing Time. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
